1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of the Supernova application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the configuration and security of your own content sources and accounts.

3. Permitted Use

You are responsible for streams and playlists configured in the app.
You must have the rights required to access and use configured content.
Fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unlawful use is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Apple account settings.
Any unused free-trial portion is forfeited upon paid subscription purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple Media Services policies and local law. Supernova does not directly process subscription refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, interfaces, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, no right or license is granted to copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially reuse Supernova assets.

6. Copyright Notices

If you believe content accessed through Supernova infringes your rights, send a notice with sufficient detail to support.supernova@protonmail.com.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous compatibility with all external stream providers, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supernova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, interruption, or business losses arising from app use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access in case of Terms violations, security issues, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
